PALO SANTO:
Palo Santo, or "Sacred Wood", in the Amerindian tradition, was used by healers in fumigation rituals to rid themselves of negative energies and optimize healing on both physical and spiritual levels.
Uses :
Light a stick and let it burn for a minute, blowing on the flame so that the wood ignites and smokes, then shake it to extinguish the flame and walk around the space in which you wish to cleanse the energy.
Finally, place the Palo Santo stick in a non-flammable container and let it finish burning.
One stick can be used several times.
